Been looking for a good juicing recipe book for quite some time now. However, I have a question for you. Do you happen to have any good recipes for depression? I have had problems with depression over the years.
I do hope you will use the recipes from the book. Recipes I do not, but I can recommend camomile tea and using essential oils, like lavender. Use 2-3 drops on your pillow. Or massage your feet with same 2-3 drop of lavender oil placed in your hands.
