There are many possibilities to combine vegetables, fruits and greens to get a natural juice full of vitamins, minerals, fibers, antioxidants and many nutritive substance which you can drink every day.
Let’s see some green juice recipes for weight loss.
The best ingredients for a natural juice consumed on regular basis are ginger, lemon, apples, carrots, parsley, beetroot, cabbage, celery, spinach.
Only one glass of natural juice will give you a boost on your health.
Green Juice
Ingredients:
– 1/2 white cabbage
– 1 green salad
– 2 apio celery sticks
– 2 small cucumbers
– 1 lemon
– 1 green apple
– 1- 2 cm of ginger
– 1 – 2 ice cubs
Directions:
Wash all the ingredients’ with pure water or make a mix of apple vinegar (1 part) and water (3 parts).
Use a cold press juice and add first the juicy ingredients’ and finish with the less juicy ones.
The ice cubs have an important role, in case you asked yourself why do you need them. The role is to keep the green juice, because the warm juice get oxidized quickly.
Add the ice cubs and enjoy your juice. Drink it after preparation.

Wheat grass juice
The best benefits for your body you will get from fresh wheat grass juice, immediately after extraction.
This juice has powerful detox effects and can cause you nausea, but this is a normal reaction of the body when toxins are eliminated.
At the beginning you should drink small quantities, 1/2 tea spoon daily for one week and gradually to increase till 100 grams, 50 grams in the morning and 50 grams in the evening.

Place the wheat grass in a fresh pressed juicer and drink the juice immediately.

Juice with alkaline effects
Ingredients:
– 1 medium carrot
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1/2 white cabbage
– 2 slices of lemon
– 1 – 2 cm ginger
Directions:
Wash all the ingredients’ with pure water or make a mix of apple vinegar (1 part) and water (3 parts).
Use a cold press juice and add first the juicy ingredients’ and finish with the less juicy ones.
Consume the juice immediately after extraction.
You can add more ingredients’ like kiwi, spinach, green apple.
Note: I do not like the strong taste of the lemon and each time I remove the pill. You can try both and decide what you like most.

Parsley leaves juice
Parsley juice detoxifies the body, helps you lose weight and is the biggest enemy of cellulite.
Drink one glass of this juice every day for three weeks, and fat in your body will be burned much faster.
Do not drink parsley juice without combining with other vegetables, it can cause nervous system disorders.
The parsley juice combine with beet juice, carrots or cucumbers, parsley juice improves menstruation problems.
Ingredients:
– one good handful of parsley leaves
Directions:
To prepare parsley juice put the leaves in the cold press juicer.
There is another option to put the parsley in a blender, add water just to cover the leaves and blend.
It is recommended drink the juice as soon as it has been prepared and in no case kept in the refrigerator for more than five hours.
Preferably drink this juice before the main meal.

Creamy avocado and spinach juice

– 1/2 ripe avocado

– 1 handful of spinach
– 1 glass of water
Directions:
Wash the spinach leaves and place them in a blender. Pill off and add banana, pill off the avocado and add in the blender.
Add a bit of water enough for the blender to work and give them a swirl.
Mix all of them adding water until the juice has consistence. You can have a more creamy juice if you use less water and if you want it less creamy add more water.
Benefits:
The spinach is poor in calories but contains minerals, vitamins and antioxidants which help you to maintain your weight and health.
Green ‘nectar’
This is a smoothy recipe and kiwi is the secret ingredient to get your nectar.
The kiwi’s creamy and juicy consistency makes it perfect for use in smoothies recipes. Kiwi taste is a combination of strawberries, banana and watermelon. Don’t you think so?
Kiwi can be associated with spinach, greens and parsley.
Let’s make our ‘nectar’.
Ingredients:
– 1 kiwi
– 1 green apple
– 1 slice of ginger (1 – 2 cm)
– 200 ml water
– optional: some mint leaves
Directions:
Pill of the fruits and ginger, chop them in small pieces and add in the blender together with the water and mint leaves.
Mix for 1 – 2 minutes till you get a creamy nectar.
Drink it immediately or keep it in the fridge for no more than 5 hours.
Note: if you want to obtain a juice for all ingredients, just use a cold press juicer and increase the ingredients’ quantity. Of course do not use water.

Kiwi contains lots of vitamins C, K, E, fibers, calcium, magnesium.
Kiwi offers antioxidant protection for your body and the important antioxidant is vitamin C.
