Vegetables and fruits juices are prepared very easily, and they taste delicious. So, the preparation of juices will not be very hard for the ones who want to get rid of some extra kilos.
All you need is to make a shopping list, buy the ingredients and squeeze them with a press juice machine.
From the diverse sources and personal experience, I collect some juicing recipes for weight loss.
I personally prefer the cold-pressed juices, and I use a cold press juice machine. The blender I use only for smoothies.
How to consume natural juices
The natural juices are a natural method, efficient and convenient for cleaning our body of toxins, side effects of the processed food, burning calories, and weight loss.
The vegetables and fruits juices are full of nutritive substances which help to detox the liver, blood, and kidney.
If you haven’s consumed fresh juice until now, start with a glass of juice in the morning and one in the evening. Replace your breakfast and dinner with juice.
Do this daily, using the juicing recipes for weight loss mentioned below.
When you are into a diet with juicing for the weight loss, consume more fruits and vegetables, drink at least two liters of water or liquids such as herbal diuretic teas.
The benefits of vegetables juicing
The use of juices for the purification, regeneration, and healing of the body is recommended for two good reasons:

Some juices recipes
- Watermelon and cucumbers juice
The cucumbers contain vitamin A, B, C, calcium, magnesium, and sulfur.
Use 300 grams of watermelon core and 200 grams of chopped cucumbers, placed them in a blender and pulse until you it looks like a paste. Add the juice from one lemon, pulse again and enjoy it!
- Peaches and apple juice
For this recipe, you can use both blender or press juice machine.
Use four unpeeled peaches and three chopped apples. Place them in a blender and give a swirl or squeeze them with the press juice machine.
Consume immediately with a couple of mint leaves for a refreshing effect taste.
You can replace peaches with pears.
- Melon and kiwi juice
For this recipe, you can use both blender or press juice machine.
Use 200 grams of melon and 4-5 kiwis. Add the juice from a half lemon and a couple of mint leaves.
Place them in a blender and give a swirl or squeeze them with the press juice machine.
- Beetroot and apple juice
Take a 250ml jar.
Take a medium size beetroot, use a press juice machine to obtain the juice.
Use 2-3 green apples in the press machine and add the juice to the beetroot juice. The goal is to fill the jar. If more apples are needs, just squeeze them and add on the top.
The main components of red beet juice are carotene, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, folic acid, niacin, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, copper, nickel, oxalic acid, zinc, cobalt, molybdenum, lithium, selenium, manganese, rubidium, aminoazines, flavonoids, betanin.
- Tomatoes juice
The tomatoes contain vitamin C, carotene, iron, and potassium. This is an appetizer juice to drink before meals for stimulating the digestion.
Just make 200 ml of tomatoes juice, add a bit of red pepper and drink it. You can combine it with 250 grams cucumbers.
- Apio celery, cucumber, pineapple and parsley
2 apio celery strains, 1/2 cucumber, 1 slice of pineapple and a handful of parsley.
Preferably to dink it immediately, 30 -60 minutes before breakfast.
The main components of celery juice are carotene, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, K, niacin, folic acid, magnesium, potassium, calcium, very valuable sodium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, copper, molybdenum, zinc, selenium, sulfur.
Parsley has a balanced role in its calcium content. Due to its iron content, it has an anti-anemic effect and is an excellent remedy for eye disorders due to carotene deficiencies.
- Carrot and celery juice
Use both in equal quantities or 2:1 proportion. Serve after preparation.
Carrot contains iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamins, mainly vitamin A, pectin. Carrot juice is an excellent source of beta-carotene, potassium, minerals and anti-cancer nutrients including phthalide and glutathione (antioxidants).
Drink this juice 20-30 minutes after lunch or dinner. It can melt almost half of the calories gained during the meal.
Side note: the grapefruit interacts adversely with some pills such as pills for blood pressure, cholesterol, cancer, antidepressants, antibiotics and anti-rheumatic. Be careful before drinking this juice.
- The King of the juices – Green juice
Take 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 handful kale leaves, a handful of parsley, 4 Apio celery strains, 1 green apple, 1/2 cucumber, 2-3 florets of broccoli, 2 cm of ginger and the juice from 1 to 2 slices of lemon. Just place one by one in the press juice machine, starting with the most watery and finish with the leaves.
This is my absolute favorite juice. Each morning I have this juice.
As a general rule: If you use organic fruits and vegetables, there is no need to peel them off.
Workouts do wonders
A minimal daily exercise program accelerates the weight loss process.
5 minutes of gymnastics – run 2 minutes on the spot, then take a step forward, one turn, with both feet, and leave on the floor in a knee. Repeat the exercise 20 times.
Dry brushing of the skin, before morning shower, removes dead cells, accelerates metabolism, and strengthens tissues.
Body massage after a shower, with anti-cellulite cream (with leaves of ivy or chestnuts).
