Healthy food

During the years we form less healthy habits only to make our please to eat something tasty.

Most of you, like me, were raised with a meat diet, but during the years I learn to cherish the power of vegetables and fruits. Since I was a child, I enjoyed the tea and natural remedies.

Healthy food means to include in our meals foods that cover the needs of the body and do not contain excess risk factors such as alcohol, salt, sugars or saturated fats.

Also, a healthy diet is ensured by the variety of foods, moderate consumption without exceeding the energy needs of the body, prevention of acute hunger, by dividing the food ration into 3 main meals and 2 snacks and the proper combination of foods.

A healthy diet can reduce the occurrence of cardiac problems, high blood pressure, diabetes and certain cancers.

Adopting a healthy diet does not mean diet. It is a way to improve health. Regular consumption of a balanced diet, low in saturated fat and rich in whole grains, good fruits, vegetables and fats (such as olive oil) will reduce the risk of developing diseases.

Associating an active lifestyle with a healthy diet will further improve your health.

Regular exercise significantly reduces the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type 2 diabetes, obesity, anxiety, depression and breast cancer, colon and the female reproductive system.

In this chapter, I will share my experience and knowledge, and I do hope will help others.
