I have always been interested in living a healthy life.
I believe in the power of nature, the power of the plants which were given to us. Hiking, running, yoga, Pilates and meditation are the tools which keep me in shape and provide a state of well-being.
I discover Pilates about 15 years back, and it was love at first sight. Shortly I’ve followed the Pilates training course, and I’ve earned the professionally certified diploma.
Two years back I’ve followed Elaina’s Love Raw Chef courses, and I was amazed by how many recipes can be prepared only with few and healthy ingredients.
Because I like nature so much, I just register in a hiking leader course. This will give me the opportunity to stay in nature and share the same passion with other nature lovers.
A Little Story About Me
Since I was a teenager, I start practicing aerobic. I continue until I got married and pregnant. During the pregnancy, I have practiced some light yoga and dancing, but during the maternity leave, I’ve reduced the exercises only to walks.
As you imagine, I’ve gained weight. I’ve taken the break from exercising during the breastfeeding because I’ve decided that my baby’s food is more important.
After breastfeeding, I start exercising again. I remove the dust from aerobic DVD and begin in force. It was not easy, every exercise seems so hard, and I was taking many breaks during the program. But with a bit of effort, I’ve got on track.
I lost some kilos, but not as I wished. After maternity, all the gained kilos seems so hard to remove. OK, maybe not for all of us, but for me, it was like this.
Fighting with the extra kilos took me many years. I’ve noticed that the stress was my enemy now. In the stressful periods, I was gaining weight, opposite with the “pre” pregnant period, if I can name it like this.
What got me in track was yoga, combined with relaxing (meditation) and change of diet.
For almost 5 years, I eat a plant-based diet. The change of diet combined with exercise helped me to lose weight.

As I see results with me, I am sure my experiences will help others. I know that is hard to form a new habit, but everything depends on us. Moving a person from her/his comfort zone is very hard.
